Memorial day is only a month away! That means sunshine, sunscreen, shorts, tanks and vacation. Now, 14 days isn’t enough time to fully get in shape but remember, starting is the hardest part! The 14 day Memorial day Meltdown is for woman who don’t have much time and want to get back on track to keep a healthy lifestyle throughout the summer so you can have the energy to keep going even on the longest days of the year!
