Hackensack Meridian Children’s Health is pleased to announce the expansion of its pediatric care with the addition of our newest pediatrician, Dr. Shabnam Maghsood, M.D. Dr. Maghsood’s philosophy of care is to provide a welcoming environment to our patients and guardians. She strives to provide clear communication and partners with patients to deliver the best possible care. She emphasizes proactive health measures,
preventive care, and provides guidance to parents on proper steps for their children Dr. Maghsood is passionate about the health and welfare of children of all ages.
She is board-certified in pediatrics with over 20 years of medical experience. She enjoys witnessing children’s development from birth to young adulthood and building relationships with families to achieve the best health outcomes for their children. Dr. Maghsood’s clinical interests include preventive care, health screening, anticipatory guidance, and the management of acute illnesses. To best serve her diverse community, Dr. Maghsood is fluent in both English and Farsi. She looks forward to welcoming new families to her practice and building a partnership in their child’s health.
