Meet Alicia Palmieri, D.O., a Urogynecologist specializing in Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care to improve the quality of life for women with complex pelvic floor disorders. She has extensive training in both vaginal and robotic surgeries, allowing her to offer patients multiple treatment options. Dr. Palmieri completed her OB/GYN residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident and earned multiple awards for excellence in urogynecology and minimally invasive surgery. She then completed a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowship at Cooper University Hospital. A passionate researcher, she received the prestigious June Allyson Memorial Fund Research Award from AUGS, which has been presented at multiple national meetings.
