Hackensack Meridian K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital is proud to feature Suhas Ganguli, M.D., DCH, board-certified pediatric rheumatologist.
He is an expert at diagnosing and managing a wide range of autoimmune, auto-inflammatory conditions including juvenile arthritis, systemic onset juvenile arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, dermatomyositis, periodic fever syndromes and COVID-19 related multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C), non-inflammatory musculoskeletal pain syndrome, such as fibromyalgia. Dr. Ganguli is trained to perform procedures via Intra-articular injections of glucocorticoids for arthritis.

What would your patients say about you?
I am a good listener who loves to spend time knowing his patients and their families. My treatment style is to provide a flexible, tailor-made treatment plan for each family.
What are some health tips you’d like to share?
Eat a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stay up-to-date with immunizations. Using adequate sun-protection can go a long way in achieving optimum health status in patients with rheumatic disease. The need for medication adherence and keeping regular appointments cannot be overemphasized.
What do you love/miss most about your hometown? What do you enjoy most about New Jersey?
Of the many things I love and miss about my hometown is the rich, delicious, diverse eastern Indian and Bengali cuisine. In fact, relocating to New Jersey will allow me to experience that to a greater extent. I also love the friendly, welcoming citizenry and family-oriented communities of New Jersey.
