Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
My spouse and I are both born and raised in Beachwood and have been here 35 and 37 years.

Lucy, almost 4 and Julian born May 2021.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you.
I can sing many classic songs, knowing the lyrics but have no clue who the artist is or the song title.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
Our families, especially my parents and sister. They do so much to help us and create the sense of village
Favorite things to do with your kids?
We love to be in nature and love our walks in town to our families’ and friends’ homes.

Inner Dynamics Physical Therapy, located in Ocean Township, is owned by Doctors Allison Ankiewicz and Tamra Wroblesky. We had a mutual admiration for years and they asked me to partner with them as owner of a second location which I was excited to lead in my native Ocean County.
IDPT has a team of doctors of physical therapy who have undergone specialized training in pelvic health rehabilitation. This training and education allows us to diagnose, evaluate and treat many conditions relating to pain in your pelvic and abdominal regions, hip and lower back as well as trans care and many prenatal and postpartum conditions. We treat people, of all genders and across the lifespan, with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction (leakage, urgency, frequency, incompleteness), constipation, post-surgical conditions and general orthopedic conditions.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
My husband and I were born and raised in this community and we wanted to raise our kiddos here as well. I always loved the small town feel of the shore area. With the incredible reputation of the flagship practice in Ocean Township, word of mouth, community presentations, coupled with our consistent positive patient experiences and outcomes, Inner Dynamics has grown.
What is your favorite restaurant in Ocean County?
Ocean Organics in Toms River.
What is your favorite activity to do with your child(ren) in Ocean County?
Beach and cedar creek visits. There is so much natural beauty and education in our beaches and parks system.
What are your Mom Goals?
Stretch time. Model positive behaviors about self, community and earth that are kind, respectful & gentle.
