After I graduated college I lived in Australia for a while.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
The best set of four grandparents a kid could have! It takes a village to raise kids and I don’t know what my husband and I would do if we didn’t have parents who help us whenever and however we need them!
Favorite things to do with your kids?
I love to Watch them- watch them master a new skill, watch them show empathy to another child, watch them discovering new things and playing on the beach, watch their excitement on Christmas morning, watch their eyes light up at the magic that happens on vacation in Disney World.

I recently got my certification as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and have since, opened my own business, Goldilocks Sleep Solutions. After trying to navigate the tricky world of pediatric sleep for the third time, I found myself often sharing tips and tricks of what worked for me with other moms but still I found myself sometimes struggling when something new with their sleep patterns would pop up. I realized when my third son was about 6 months old, how different each child is when it comes to sleeping. I decided I wanted to dive in head first and find out all I could about child sleep AND be able to share what I learned. I studied with the Family Sleep Institute and am so happy that I am able to help families get the sleep they so desperately need. I love this position as a sleep consultant because it gives me the opportunity to wear three different hats with the families I work with- the consultant and sleep expert, a coach and teacher, and finally a supportive cheerleader.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I love the strong sense of community all around the Jersey Shore, both virtually and physically. I love how everyone is so supportive of small businesses and other local endeavors, that it gave me the courage to stretch out of my comfort zone and create my own business. I could have gained my sleep knowledge and just shared it with my close circle of mom friends, but I wanted to be apart of that community that helps others. I’m ready to reach out and help more and more families all over the Jersey Shore and beyond!
