Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I am a born and raised Queens, NY girl. I moved to NJ IN 1999. I have lived in Jackson NJ for almost 18 years!
Child(ren) and Age(s)?
I have 3 children. My son Sean 21 years old, my daughter Ashleah 19 years old, and my daughter Autumn 24 years old.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you…
LOL, this is a total fun fact! I am a pescetarian!! I do not eat meat, only seafood!
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
I have 3 people I’d love to thank! My parents! They supported me 1000% being a single mom for most of my son’s childhood. They were the best parents and grandparents ever! They have passed away, my mom 8 years ago and my Dad 2 years ago. I miss them both so very much. And my fiancé and soon to be husband of 14 years Tim for being an amazing man in my life who has been there for my amazing son since day one and helping me raise him which wasn’t an easy task at times. Sean was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 5. Also making me a mom of two beautiful girls! We have helped each other extremely through parenthood.

I am the owner and creator of Cheese Witch. I make customer Charcuterie ~ Cheese Boards for every occasion. I started my dream venture in October 2020.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for my community! They have been so supportive since I started Cheese Witch. I am so happy to have such amazing clients! They always think of my business for birthdays, weddings, engagement’s, baby showers, holidays, date nights, just everything! I love meeting new people and making them beautiful Charcuterie boards!
What is your favorite restaurant in Ocean County?
We love to eat at Cornerstone Kitchen and Tap restaurant in Jackson. Amazing food and drinks! And it’s close to home.
What is your favorite activity to do with your child(ren) in Ocean County?
Love taking walks at the reservoir and going to the Point Pleasant boardwalk.
What are your Mom Goals?
My mom goals…to continue to give my family everything they need and want. Making my family happy is my first priority!
